Accessibility Statement

Version 2

Last updated: July 28, 2026

UpliftRX LLC is committed to making our website, patient portal, and mobile apps accessible to people with disabilities, consistent with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 504 and Section 1557 of the Affordable Care Act, and Section 508, targeting conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

What we do

Telehealth accommodations

If you need an accommodation for your visit — including relay services, a qualified sign language or spoken-language interpreter, extended appointment time, or materials in an alternative format — tell your care team by secure message or email support@upliftrx.co. Accommodations are provided at no cost to you, and requesting one will never affect your care.

Known limitations

Some third-party components we rely on, such as the video platform used for live visits and documents supplied by pharmacies and laboratories, are not fully within our control. If you hit a barrier in one of them, tell us and we will provide the information another way while we press the vendor to fix it.

Feedback and complaints

If you encounter an accessibility barrier anywhere on our site or in our apps, contact us:

Include the page URL, the device, browser, or assistive technology you were using, and a description of the problem. We aim to acknowledge within 3 business days and to remediate verified barriers promptly, telling you when the fix ships. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to legal@upliftrx.co.
