Version 2

These terms govern text messages sent by UpliftRX LLC ("UpLiftRx," "we," "us") and form part of our Terms of Service.
By providing your mobile number and opting in — by checking the SMS box during signup, at checkout, or in Account → Profile — you consent to receive text messages from us at that number, sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service, and declining will never affect your care.
We never include diagnoses, medication names, test results, or other clinical detail in a text message. Texts direct you to the secure portal instead.
We send promotional or marketing texts only if you give separate, express written consent where the law requires it. You can withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the transactional messages above or your care.
Message frequency varies with your care activity — typically 2–8 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. UpLiftRx is not responsible for charges your carrier imposes.
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You may receive one final message confirming that your request was processed. You can also turn SMS off in Account → Profile. If you have opted in to more than one type of message, you may need to opt out of each.
Opting out may mean you miss time-sensitive updates about your order, your prescription, or your appointment. We will continue to reach you by email and in the portal.
Reply HELP to any message, or email support@upliftrx.co.
You represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you provide and are authorized to approve any charges associated with messages to it. Keep your number current in your account — if you change or give up a number, update it so that messages do not go to someone else. We are not responsible for messages delivered to a number you no longer control, or for delays and failures caused by inaccurate information.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on carrier transmission and network conditions outside our control. Supported carriers may change without notice.
Standard SMS is not encrypted and could in principle be intercepted or read by anyone with access to your device. That is why our texts contain no clinical detail. If you choose to send us sensitive information by text, you do so at your own risk — use the portal instead.
Your phone number is handled in accordance with our Notice of Privacy Practices. We do not sell phone numbers and do not share them with third parties for marketing. We share your number with our messaging vendor only to deliver these messages, under a written agreement that prohibits any other use.
