# SMS Terms & Conditions _Last updated: June 2026_ By checking the SMS opt-in box, you consent to receive text messages from UpLiftRX at the mobile number you provide. ## What we send - Appointment reminders (24 hours and 1 hour before your visit) - Shipping and delivery updates - Account and security notifications - A notice when you have a new secure message in your portal We never include diagnoses, medication names, or other health details in a text message — texts link you to your secure portal instead. ## Message frequency & rates Message frequency varies with your care activity (typically 2–8 messages per month). **Message and data rates may apply** depending on your carrier plan. ## Opting out Reply **STOP** to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You can also toggle SMS off in **Account → Profile**. After opting out you will receive one final confirmation message. ## Help Reply **HELP** to any message or email support@upliftrx.co. ## Carriers Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive texts is **not** a condition of purchasing any care or service. ## Privacy Your phone number is handled per our Notice of Privacy Practices. We do not sell phone numbers or share them for marketing.
