# Financial Responsibility By proceeding with care from UpLiftRX, you agree to the following financial terms. ## Subscription billing Treatment programs are billed monthly to the payment method you provide. Your card is charged automatically until you cancel. ## What's included Your subscription covers the visit, the medication (when prescribed), shipping, and unlimited messaging with your care team for the duration of the program. ## What's not included Lab work is not included by default unless specified in your program. Lab fees are billed separately by the lab vendor. ## Cancellation and refunds You may cancel at any time from your portal. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months. Medication already shipped is non-refundable. ## Insurance UpLiftRX does not accept insurance for services. We can provide superbills upon request that you may submit to your insurer. ## Acknowledgment By proceeding, you acknowledge that you understand these financial terms.
