# Refund & Shipping Policy _Last updated: June 2026_ ## Subscriptions Treatment programs are billed monthly to your payment method on file and renew automatically until you cancel. ## Cancelling You may cancel anytime from **Account → Plan & billing** or by emailing support@upliftrx.co. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then, and you will not be charged again. We do not pro-rate partial months. ## Refunds - If your clinician determines you are **not a candidate** for treatment, any charge for that program is refunded in full. - If we cannot serve your state, you are not charged (or are refunded in full if a charge already occurred). - Medication that has already shipped is **non-refundable** — by law, dispensed prescription medication cannot be returned or restocked. - Billing errors are corrected and refunded promptly; contact support@upliftrx.co. ## Shipping - Medication ships from a U.S.-licensed partner pharmacy in discreet, unbranded packaging. - Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days of clinician approval. Temperature-sensitive medications ship with appropriate cold-chain packaging. - We ship to U.S. residential and PO Box addresses in states where we operate. We do not ship internationally. - If your medication arrives damaged or compromised, contact support within 7 days and we will replace it at no charge. ## Lost or stolen packages Report a missing package within 14 days of the carrier-confirmed delivery date and we will work with the pharmacy and carrier on a replacement. ## Questions support@upliftrx.co
